Eylae (pronounced: eh-lah-eh) is a minimalistic language, perhaps more a language for poems but I think it can be used as a language, mostly symbolic.

Core Concepts
  • Minimal vocabulary Each word is deeply symbolic and can take multiple meanings depending on context and intonation.
  • Vowel-rich and soft consonants No harsh stops or sharp sounds.
  • Rooted in breath and light Words feel like they’re exhaled, fluid and ancient.
  • Meaning comes from tone and repetition Like birdsong or sacred chanting.
Phonetic Rules
  • Only soft consonants: l, m, n, v, h, y, s, r
  • Vowels dominate: a, e, i, o, u, with long drawn tones.
  • No hard stops (no k, t, b, d, g, j, p, z, ch, sh)
Grammar Principles
  • No plurals. No tenses. Time is implied by context and tone.
  • You speak only in poetic fragments, never full "sentences".
  • Repetition intensifies meaning:
"mir mir" = deep soul-love, beyond form
"ala vae" = light song, or an angelic voice
